📋 Service Agreement

By using Drop ADX services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

What We Provide:

• Shopify store setup and optimization
• Meta/Facebook ads campaign management
• Product research and strategy consultation
• Customer support via WhatsApp

What You Agree To:

• Use services only for legal, legitimate dropshipping business
• Provide accurate information about your business
• Authorize us to access your Shopify and Meta accounts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our service for illegal activities

💰 Payment & Refunds

Payment Terms:

• Complete Setup: ₹8,000 (one-time, due before start)
• Ads Management: ₹6,000/month (month-to-month)
• Additional Services: As quoted

Payment Methods:

We accept: UPI, Bank Transfer, Card payments (via Razorpay). Invoices sent after payment.

Refund Policy:

No refunds. Once we build your store, launch ads, and deliver traffic, you own everything. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Billing Disputes:

Report billing issues within 7 days. We'll investigate and resolve within 5 business days.

⏱️ Services & Timeline

Complete Setup (7-Day Launch):

• Days 1-2: Product research & validation
• Days 3-4: Store build & design
• Days 5-6: Ads setup & launch
• Days 7+: Optimization & support (30 days included)

What We Can't Guarantee:

• Specific sales numbers or revenue targets
• Guaranteed ROAS (though our average is 5X+)
• Results if your product doesn't have market demand
• Success if ad budget is insufficient (minimum ₹500/day recommended)

Timeline Exceptions:

We deliver on schedule. If delays occur due to us, we extend support free. If delays occur due to you (missing information, authorization delays), timeline extends accordingly.

🎨 Who Owns What

You Own:

• Your Shopify store and all products
• Customer data and order information
• Store design and customizations
• All content and assets we create for you
• Ad accounts and audience data (within Meta's terms)

We Own:

• Our proprietary processes and methodologies
• General strategies and frameworks (not your specific data)
• Case studies of your success (with your permission)

Restrictions:

You may not:

• Claim our work as your own in public
• Share our proprietary strategies with competitors
• Reverse-engineer our processes for resale
• Use our name/brand without permission

⚖️ Your Responsibilities

Legal Compliance:

• Your products must be legal in your target market
• You must comply with all consumer protection laws
• You're responsible for tax compliance in your jurisdiction
• You must have proper business registration

Authorized Account Access:

• You must provide genuine Shopify and Meta access
• You're responsible for unauthorized account use
• We need proper authorization to manage accounts

Prohibited Activities:

You may not:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products
• Use fake reviews or false advertising
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam customers or harassment

🛡️ Our Liability Limits

What We're NOT Responsible For:

• Loss of data (we back up, but it's your responsibility)
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Poor product quality or customer complaints about products
• Shipping delays or delivery issues
• Meta/Facebook account suspensions (due to policy violations)
• Your low conversion rates (depends on your product/pricing)

What We ARE Responsible For:

• Building a working, live Shopify store
• Launching functioning Meta ads campaigns
• Delivering traffic to your store
• Professional account management
• Timely support and communication

Maximum Liability:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the last 3 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

🚫 Termination & Suspension

You Can Terminate:

• Complete Setup: One-time payment, no refund after delivery
• Ads Management: Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 7 days notice

We Can Suspend If:

• You violate these terms or laws
• You use services for illegal activities
• You don't pay invoices after 15 days
• You harass our team or act maliciously

Upon Termination:

• Your store remains yours (we don't delete it)
• You keep all data and assets
• We stop active management
• Access continues until you request deletion

📝 Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms anytime. We'll notify you via email of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

For ongoing services (Ads Management), we give 30 days notice before major changes.
